For there was never yet philosopher, That could endure the toothache patiently. ~ William Shakespeare (Much Ado About Nothing)

My teeth hurt SO bad! Apparently I have Pericoronitis. Which is an infection of the gums around your wisdom teeth. I have it in both my bottom wisdom teeth, and I can't open my mouth! Actually, I went to the dentist on Friday and he gave me antibiotics which I think are starting to work, because I can sort of open my mouth now, I just can't chew. On Halloween we made caramel apples, and I could only eat one slice and it took FOREVER since I could only use my front teeth and I could barely open my mouth!
The painkillers are not really working . . . I am sooo hungry, but I've only been able to eat slippery things that will slide down without chewing. None of which are very filling.
I'm so tired of being sick! Last week I was sick and lay in bed all weekend with a headache/sore throat/sore everything! And this week it's been my teeth. They've been hurting all week, I just didn't get into a dentist until Friday. . . I was hoping it was nothing and would go away. BIG mistake.
Well, I am going to go take more painkillers so I can maybe eat something . . . I hope this doesn't happen again. If it does, I have to get the teeth taken out!!!

I hate toothache too! It's miserable. I was thinking of getting my two upper wisdom teeth pulled out...but i shiver to just think of how the dentist would do it. I hope you get better. Rest more!

=( What a bummer. You sounded kind of funny the last time we talked on the phone when you first mentioned your teeth were hurting. At least they have a cure for you, though!. I had some fillings done a few weeks ago and my teeth are still super sensitive to cold and warm foods =( and the right side of my jaw hurts when I try to open my mouth.
