"Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it." ~Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Nevertheless, I'm glad that JK Rowling is going to help numb the pain of losing Harry (yes, after more than a year, I'm still sad when I think of the fact that there are no more books). I really desperately want the Collector's Edition from Amazon, but I don't have 100$ to spend on a book. Although . . . I may have to . . . I guess I'll have to find out how many of those Collector's Editions they plan on making. I don't mind splurging with my Christmas bonus! The more I type about this . . . the more I convince myself it's worth it . . .
Anyways, I have a place of honor on my "Harry Potter Shelf" in my favorite red bookcase for The Tales of Beedle the Bard. So far it has all the Harry Potter books in hardcover, U.S. editions, 1 paperback Chinese Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, all the Harry Potter books in paperback, British Editions, and then the "school books", Quidditch Through the Ages, and Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them. Now that I'm reading this . . . I sound a little obsessed. Oh well, maybe I am.
