“Children are the most desirable opponents at Scrabble as they are both easy to beat and fun to cheat.” ~ Fran Lebowitz

This Friday, some friends and I are having a craft night. Being in possession of a rather large collection of extra scrabble tiles, I thought I might put them to good use. To get some ideas, I hit the internet. Here are some crazy things I found:

A Scrabble headstone? Hmm . . .

This looks really cool! Too bad that chair can’t hold seven of those pillows!

Etsy.com has lots of cute Scrabble jewelry! I might have to get some for myself!

Anyways . . . after this weekend you’ll all get to see what I decided to make! (I know you can’t wait for the excitement) ;)

I've been reading Erin's updates and wondering why you weren't updating when she said you were the one that "encouraged" her to start updating her blog again. Don't forget to post what you make! I think you should come up with some jewelry!

I agree that you should make some jewelry of your own. If you could drill holes through the entire length of the tile, you could try spelling whole words! I like that head stone, though. Strange but pretty cool actually.

You totally have to have a headstone made with scrabble tiles...Nothing would better represent you...unless you had a large stone BOOK. I am stoked for tonight's Craft Night! Bring your creative juices!
