We made this last weekend to celebrate Cami’s birthday! They turned out really good! Really, really good. This recipe is from foodnetwork.com, apparently it is a Rachael Ray recipe. I don’t really like her show, but her recipes are always good!
- 1 package dry sugar cookie mix, prepared to package directions
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Softened butter (just to grease the baking dish)
Grease 9 by 12-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare cookie mix to package directions, add nuts, coconut and white chocolate chips. Spread cookie dough evenly into a thin layer across the baking dish. Bake bars for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool slightly. Then cut into squares, remove with offset spatula and serve.
