This makes enough pancakes for about 4 people (I’m assuming – there were two of us eating them and we ate about half of them).
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix together dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix together.
- Cook them how you cook pancakes! Haha.
